Schedule

8:45 Doors open. There is no check-in; all registered players will be paired.

9:30 General announcements and special awards in main playing hall.

9:45 Round One for all sections will begin following an explanation of rules.

Subsequent rounds are paired back to back with a break for lunch.

Annual Parent Meeting

Parents are encouraged to attend our general meeting, which will be held during the lunch break in the main playing hall. This is a great time for parents to learn about volunteer opportunities for the upcoming year. The OSCO board president, Mike Waters, will share information about the organization, answer questions from parents, and ask for nominees to serve on next year’s board.

An awards ceremony for Sections 1-3 will take place after the final round for all three sections. Awards ceremonies for Sections 4-6 will take place after each section's final round.

For late arrivals or last-minute cancellations, send a text to 707-685-7045. This helps us start on time and avoid pairing players with no-shows.
